Proven Technology:

Thecountprincipleoftheinstrumentisbasedonthemeasurementof changesinelectricalresistanceproducedbyabloodcellpassingthrough anaperturesensor.Passingthroughthemagnificationcircuit,thevoltage signalwillbemagnified,whichwillbederivedintoimpulsesandthen analyticalhistogramwillbegenerated. Afteradditionoflyseintheblood,theredbloodcellwillrapidlybebroken downandreleasehemoglobin.Hemoglobinandlyseformsanewmixture, whichcanabsorbthewavelengthof530nm. Theconcentrationofthesamplehemoglobiniscalculatedbycomparing theabsorbencybetweenthepurediluentandthesample.
