Principles :

HbA1c 4 level calibrator is intended to be used for the calibration of HbA1c assay.

Procedure :

The calibrators should be used to analyze patient samples in
accordance with the instructions outlined in Accurex HbA1c Reagent package insert by generating a calibration curve. The calibrators should be treated in the same manner as patient’s specimens for the preparation of hemolysate. The values of calibrators are assigned by assaying against the material referenced to NGSP values. Refer to the instrument manufacturer’s recommendation for calibration frequency.
