Description

ABOUT

Detergents in Hematology Analyzers are used to dilute blood samples & to keep the blood cell in original volume completely within a certain period. The Detergent should guarantee pulse obtained corresponding to the cell volume by appropriate conductivity.

PRINCIPLE

“The introduction of additional chemical components into the system provides an additional source of background noise which could potentially interfere with accurate hematological analysis.
Secondly: The use of conventional soaps & detergents creates a foaming problem within the containers used to supply & store reagents, samples and washes. Creation of a soapy foam can interfere with the proper volumetric metering of liquid reagents & sample fluids. The foaming problem can trip sensor thus interferring with normal operation & cause containers to overflow despite apparently normal liquid levels.”

PROCEDURE

“•Store in a dark place to avoid exposure to sunglight
•Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advise. Avoid inhaling of evaportaed diluent.”
